Prices

All the prices shown on the website include the corresponding tax rate that you will find detailed on the invoice.

Shipments

The shipping prices of the web shop are indicated during the checkout. There are two rates: Spain (web in Spanish) and rest of the world (web in English). In case of doubt about the price of the shipment please contact us.

The shipments of gramophones, phonographs, organettes or machinery will be calculated case by case.

If the package does not arrive, or has suffered any damage please contact us and we will do everything possible to solve the problem.

Payment Methods

You can pay us with a credit card or Paypal. If you need to do it by bank transfer please contact us.

The information you provide to make the payment is not stored or visible by us. In all cases Paypal, or the bank of your card is responsible for ensuring the security of your purchases and store or see the information provided in the payment.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. You have two weeks to ask us for both a change and a return.

Please note that if we have modified an item to suit your needs, we can not change or return these items.

Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are not free, but you can choose and use your own carrier. We will refund the money paid for the items you have purchased.

Do not send a material that you want to return without having confirmed it with us before.
